- This tournament will be played at the Brand New Facility in West Salem WI, Feature Fieldhouse 

-The cost of the tournament is $235.00 

-Awards will be given for 1st place (12 per team). 

-No carry-ins as concessions will be available during the tournament

- No refunds after schedule is given out

- 2 - 20 minute halves

-Teams must provide a scorekeeper - entry is free for that person

-Admission $6.00 Adult and $3.00 kids (1 coach, players and kids under 5 free)
